Shipping Policy
Thanks for checking out PTO Today’s #PTOlife Spirit Shop, powered by Booster! All orders ship for free and are processed and received by Booster during business days/hours. Orders typically ship within 72 hours of purchase (excluding holidays and weekends) and typically take 2 business days to arrive.
After placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email, and another email notification when your order has shipped. You can log-in to view the status of your order and track your shipment.
All order ship via UPS. If you need to ship to a PO Box, we will ship your order via USPS which may extend delivery timelines. If you need your order shipped internationally, please contact us prior to placing your order. Customers are responsible for paying for any international shipping charges.
Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. If an error was made on behalf of Booster, we will cover the shipping expense to send back the item. If the error was made by the customer during the order process, items are still eligible for return but the customer must pay the cost to return the item to Booster. Booster will provide a prepaid shipping label and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@boosterspiritwear.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Bulk Orders
If you wish to order 12 or more of the same item, please contact us for bulk order pricing. Timing on bulk orders will extend to 7 business days, and are marked down considerably from the per item prices reflected on the website.
